Tara Emelye Needham’s poetry and nonfiction have appeared in Barzakh, J Journal: New Writing on Justice, Blind Field: A Journal of Cultural Inquiry, GUTS: An Anti-Colonial Feminist Magazine, and The Riot Grrrl Collection, among others. She has written and performed music as a solo artist and with her bands mad planets, the reverse, and The Chandler Estate. She recently served as the Assistant Academic Director at the Hannah Arendt Center for Politics and Humanities at Bard College.
