Mary Biddinger’s newest collection of poems, Department of Elegy, will be published by Black Lawrence Press in early 2022. Her poems have recently appeared or are soon forthcoming in Allium, Bennington Review, Crazyhorse, The Hunger, and Thrush, and her fiction is forthcoming in DIAGRAM and West Trestle Review. She teaches creative writing and literature at the University of Akron and NEOMFA program, and serves as poetry and poetics editor for the University of Akron Press.
